And no, you don't need a diagnosis. We are an inclusive clinic - welcoming all.

What do parents say about the Neurodiversity Essentials Programme?
“It was great to hear the experiences of other parents. It was a pleasure to hear [tutors’s name] and to get an insight into their autism” (Rachel, 2023)
The main concern of several parents was how best to help and support their child having received a diagnosis, with several parents expressing worry for the future. After attending the programme, parents noted that they felt better equipped to help their children, provide support, implement tips and strategies, and advocate on their behalf, all of which contributed to a greater understanding of their child’s autistic presentation. They explained that they learned:
“How best to communicate with them and to help them as they need” (Peter, 2023)
“Other peoples’ experience and tips” (John, 2022)
“…learned how to try change things…definitely going to do a visual board for her” (Anne, 2023)
“Strategies on what to do/ trial and helpful practical tips” (Simon, 2023)
“It was well laid out and covered a good range of topics to a useful depth. We couldn’t be more happy” (Alyssa, 2024)
“Got so many useful ideas that I can bring into our home” (Beatrice, 2023)
“Hugely informative, encouraging, positive and reassuring. Gave practical information” (Alyssa, 2024)
Learn about autism, ADHD, dyslexic or dyspraxic body-brain balance to cultivate calm and confidence.
I look forward to speaking with you on November 4th at 2.30pm.
Kindest regards,
Lorraine and the Neurodiversity Team Xx
P.S. If you have a question about the programme, feel free to email me and myself or a member of the team will get back to you :)
